 Bon Appetit’s editor-in-chief Adam Rapoport is my food soul sibling from beyond. We’re both Type B+ in the meal-prep game and cooking one weekly batch of a portion of your plate (protein, starchy carbohydrate, or vegetable) is a total game-changer.
